RESOURCE PERSONS
Dr. Udai Pareek – well-known HRD expert, formerly professor at IIM,
Ahmedabad, currently distinguished visiting professor at the Indian
Institute of Health Management Research. He has been an adviser to
international agencies and has been the President of the Indian Society for
Applied Behavioural Sciences. He has authored more than fifty books and
several hundred papers.
Dr. V.K.Arora, a reputed trainer and organizational development
expert, formerly Dean of Training at the Indian Institute of Health
Management Research, Jaipur, who conducts training programmes for business
houses, State Government departments and UN agencies. He has been the chief
trainer for the group of colleges under the Campus Diversity Initiative
funded by Ford Foundation. and organized by Educational Resources Centre,
New Delhi.
Dr. Sharada Nayak, Director of ERC, was formerly Director of the
Fulbright Program and Executive Director of the US Educational Foundation in
India. She has been a member of the core team of ten trainers trained by Dr.
Udai Pareek, and worked in over fifty workshops for students and Faculty at
colleges and Universities throughout India. She has presented papers on the
Campus Diversity Initiative, a project funded by Ford Foundation from 1995 –
2002, She has co-edited a book Enhancing Personal Effectiveness,
published by Tata McGraw-Hill as an outcome of these training programmes. |
